My journey began as a salaried doctor at a major liposuction clinic…
The clinic housed about a dozen directors.
Nurses, skilled in assisting each one, knew the unique approaches and
surgical styles of all the directors.
During one of my surgeries, a seasoned nurse asked me,
"Why does the fat you remove look like mango, while others' is red?"
I casually responded, "I wonder," and kept focusing on my work.
However, inside, I felt a sense of pride.
When you meticulously work on just the fat layer, there's minimal bleeding, leaving the fat a mango-yellow.
In contrast, rougher techniques that agitate the skin or muscles cause more bleeding, turning the fat red.
That nurse's observation pushed me to refine my skills further, striving for unmatched precision in my surgeries.
